Love it… or return it! We want you to love your jewels.

  • Returns must be in their original, unworn condition, within 10 days of receiving your parcel.
  • Returns will be accepted for a full refund if postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order. Refunds and store credits are processed within 7-10 days after receiving a package.
  • All sale items & custom orders are final sale.
  • Returns are at the expense of the customer. We recommend you ship your package and use a trackable shipping method.
  • Items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging.

SHIPPING

PLEASE NOTE: USPS IS CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19. PACKAGE DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED. 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email confirms that your order has been received and has been sent into production.  Please allow 5-7 days for your parcel to be mailed off. During high-volume sales periods, it might take longer. Keep in mind that we are a small team and all pieces are handmade. We appreciate your patience. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.  To check the status of your order, log into your account to view your order history.

Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier. 

We do offer Route Package Protection at checkout as an option. By selecting Route Package Protection and paying an additional fee on top of your order subtotal, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft.

Route Package Protection covers lost, damaged, or stolen items. Protect your order for $0.98 USD if the cart is less $100, or 1.5-5%* of the cart value if the cart total is over $100.

Shipping cost is $5.95 for orders shipped within the United States. Orders over $150 will be shipped for free via USPS First Class mail.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All international packages may be subject to additional duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur with international packages. Please check your local customs website for more information.

WARRANTY/REPAIRS

 REPLATE YOUR JEWELRY: HERE 

Every piece of Jurate jewelry is handmade with and care. We’re happy to repair any design purchased through our website. If your pieces require repair more than 6 months after receiving it, fees may apply. We do offer an $18 re-plating fee (plus the cost of shipping). When shipping an exchange or repair, please note this process may take up to 2-5 weeks after arrival to the Jurate Studio. For exchange or repair approval, please contact hello@juratelosangeles.com

PLEASE NOTE: Jurate will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased directly from our site.
